7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Rivento harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to Your use of the Service, Your violation of this Agreement, or Your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

Rivento may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service and any associated account (including newsletter subscriptions) at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted to You under this Agreement will immediately cease.

You may request deactivation of Your newsletter subscription or account at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith informal negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a single arbitrator, conducted in the English language. You agree not to bring or participate in a class or representative action against Rivento.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (PRC), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts located in Beijing, PRC shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

10. Changes to This Agreement

Rivento reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. We will post the revised Agreement on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. We will endeavor to provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
